APGQ Series Fiber Box (Iron bottom plastic surface)
Optical fiber home information box, multimedia information box and home information box are specially designed for optical fiber to home (FTTH), and can be compatible with ONU equipment of most equipment manufacturers, such as Huawei, ZTE, beacon, etc.
Ⅰ. Introduction
The optical fiber home information box can be divided into basic type and extended type according to the configuration. The extended type can install voice module, data module, router, etc. on the function expansion panel. Meet the general integration of family weak current business engineering. It is the access direction of a number of weak current services in the future. The box panel can be made of cold-rolled steel plate or plastic.
Ⅱ.Functional features
The optical fiber home information box supports the integrated installation of ONU, battery backup, power adapter, optical fiber adapter, etc. Centralized management of telephone lines, network cables and optical jumpers to beautify the indoor environment. Each functional area shall be relatively centralized and meet the following requirements:
① Home communication terminal area: meet the space requirements for the installation of ONU and other home terminal equipment.
② Optical fiber terminal area: the area meeting optical fiber connection (cold connection or fusion connection).
③ Equipment expansion area: space for installation of various information panels and expansion modules (equipment).
④ Other spare accessories: hang a tag at the appropriate position near the upper part of the chassis door (to facilitate each user to identify the chassis number), power socket and other accessories.
Ⅲ.Structural parameters
1. The front cover and bottom box of the optical fiber entry information box are injection molded with engineering plastic ABS + PC as raw materials, and meet ROHS standards; The thickness of plastic material shall not be less than 1.5mm.
2. The flip grid structure is compatible with ont of different sizes and has no shielding effect on WiFi wireless signals. The bottom box adopts hollow design and universal back plate to facilitate the installation of adapters and other equipment. The special battery and power adapter installation position, optical fiber adapter installation position, disk fiber fusion unit and concealed wiring structure support the incoming and outgoing optical cables in the left, right and down directions.
3. The product adopts modular design. Customers can increase or decrease flexibly according to actual needs. Without repeated construction, it can provide families with high reliability, high performance and neat unified management of network, TV and telephone. According to the special needs of customers, we can also provide rapid product customization services to fully meet the needs of customers.
4. It adopts high-quality cold-rolled plate and is processed by advanced CNC center. Functional modular design, with line manager function, simple and convenient construction.
5. The box is designed according to the FTTH access requirements of China Telecom. The cable and optical cable system wiring are divided into areas. The installation rack in the cable wiring area can flexibly select functional modules. The optical cable wiring area is built with fiber melting disk and ONU installation support, which truly realizes the fiber to the home.

Ⅴ.Use environment
The optical fiber incoming information box is installed in the user's house, which is only used by the user alone. It can be installed with various onus and various information expansion modules. Working temperature: - 5 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃, storage temperature:
-40 ° C ~ + 70 ° C, working humidity ≤ 95% (no condensation), atmospheric pressure: 70 kPa ~ 106 kPa
Ⅵ.Test standard
1. Test conditions: standard atmospheric conditions are as follows: temperature: 15 ℃ ~ 35 ℃; Relative humidity: 45% ~ 75%; Atmospheric pressure: 86kpa ~ 106kpa.
2. Structure and function inspection: visual inspection, dimension measurement with vernier card or actual operation if necessary.
3. Material inspection - salt spray test: place the sample of the fully assembled optical fiber household information box in the test box and conduct the test according to the method of "Test Ka" in FB / t2423.17-2008. At the end of the test, take out the sample immediately and wash it with clean water without damaging the corrosion point state. After cleaning, restore it for 2h under standard test atmospheric conditions for testing.
4. Mechanical property test - Tensile Test: clamp the optical fiber into the home information box with a clamp, and clamp the optical cable or adapter firmly with a tensile clamp. The tensile speed is 10mm / min, the maximum tensile force is 50N, and it is maintained for 1min.
Ⅶ.Installation instructions
1. PVC plastic pipes of corresponding specifications and quantities shall be embedded from the optical fiber home information box to each information point (telephone, broadband, ITV, cable TV, etc.) for protection, which shall be selected according to the number of cables φ 15- φ 25 and other profiles of different specifications. S-bend and right angle bend shall be reduced during embedding of plastic pipe. Foreign matters shall be prevented from entering the pipe during construction. Iron wire traction line shall be worn in time, and attention shall be paid to moisture-proof sealing of pipe orifice.
2. The home wiring shall be networked in a star mode. A single straight cable shall be placed between the information box and the information point, and there shall be no joint in the middle. The cable shall be laid in a circle to avoid water immersion and foreign matter damage. The cable specification shall match the module model.
3. In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, 300mm redundancy shall be reserved for indoor wiring penetrating into the box of the information box, and 150mm redundancy shall be reserved in the information box.
4. For each cable, it is recommended to identify the corresponding room and location signboard at one end of the information box to facilitate future installation and maintenance.
5. The wiring panel interface of all cables at one end of the room must be clamped into a terminal according to t568b standard. RJ45 crystal head must be made at one end of the information box according to t568b standard. When the service is opened, the telecom staff will come to your door to debug and open it according to the actual needs.
6. The installation height of the information panel is generally 300mm from the ground, which is embedded in the wall, or positioned according to the needs of home decoration design. The panel can be 86 * 86mm Z type or 120 * 70mm type, or it can be determined according to the decoration style; Configure RJ11 or RJ45 information socket as required. RJ45 information socket shall be equipped on the wall where the TV is placed in the user's living room and bedroom.
7. Once the information box is fixed and installed, it should not be displaced, and the box structure should not be changed.
8. The leather cable and optical cable reserved in the information box should not be moved and should be protected to prevent the optical fiber from breaking and affecting future use.
9. The door of the information box is made of special materials and should not be replaced or blocked.
10. Do a good job in the safe grounding protection of the power line in the information box to prevent electric leakage.
11. Reasonably arrange the spatial layout of the information box, and bind and fix all kinds of cables.
